Is Smart Travel and Incentives a scam?
Two weeks ago, I have requested a refund for the cruise, and am beginning to think I will never get it back.
Do the math: How can a company offer a cruise to the thousands of people that attend these vacation/time share events and stay in business? It can't happen.
What they do, is make a ton of money off of a gullible public. Myself included. Live and learn.
