That's the one good thing about Disney, you can bring whatever alcohol you want as much as you want.
On our 7-night cruise, I brought 1/2 gallon of tequila and a 12-pack of beer, then later brought another 12-pack of beer.
It was funny to see people with a case of beer strapped on top of their roll-on luggage.
Just keep in mind that they do charge a corkage fee if you bring your own bottle of wine to the dining room.
