Sorry to hear that it wasn't the cruise that you paid for. The cruise contract that you accepted states "That cruise line can change/cancel ports without notice ." Ports are mainly cancelled for the safety of the passengers. One cruise we where delayed arrival in a port because of a political rally being held near the port. They can't just go to/replace with another port. There might not be room at the pier on the day they want.
