Just wanted to clarify...the key is ES fare. It can be booked through Carnival, a Travel Agent, or online yourself.

All that being said...I'm not a fan of the ES fares, IMHO it limits your options. Also IF fares do go down many times the Seniors or Military will be lower than the ES fare. It's all 'supply and demand' that effects the cruise pricing: sometimes they go up, sometimes they go down depending on the number of bookings on a particular cruise.
