We really enjoyed our MSC cruise on the Divina and can't wait to try both of the new ships coming to the U.S.

As for whether it's worth the cost to upgrade, that really is a personal choice. Some people think it's not worth it, while others feel it is. It's sort of like is paying more for a balcony cabin over an oceanview worth it or not. If you use all 12 coupons, then it'll be worth it as 12 drinks would cost you more than $50.

As for others not getting their perks, we've sold many MSC cruises to our clients and have not gotten any complaints. Then again, that's why it's always better to book through an agent, because if you do have any problems, they can usually get things taken care of fairly quickly for you, as they have contact information not available to you.
