Default A deal or a scam?

I recieved a certificate in the mail saying that if I purchased over $100 worth of merchandise from JCPenney I would recieve a two for one deal in booking a cruise from Norwegian. I bit, ( and bought ) and now have this certificate from a company called API. It says I have to activate the registration within 30 days of issue date, but the issue date line on it is blank. Does anyone know anything about this?

when something sounds to good to be true...it isn't and there is always a catch, so read the small print closely

read the fine print on the certificate and call the company.
Chances are there are lots of restrictions on the promo.

I purchased a American Express Travel Card....with a fee of course so I could get a buy one get one free airline companian ticket. Also thru API... what a joke. I had to call them eventually to even get the post card... not a certificate but a post card, that I had to call and try to get tickets. There is no airport within 5 hours that will honor the certificates....I have tried several different flights and to no avail. Nothing ever available to use. I think its a scam myself. I suppose if you tried to purchase a ticket 12 months in advance and fly the worst flight you can from the biggest airport you can find.... then you can use the certificate. Good Luck I had no luck at all.

Sounds to me like it could be a time share company.

Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Courage and perserverance have a magical talisman; before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into the air.

Pick your company wisely! Hang around people who are going to help you become all God created you to be.
