Default child proof balcony doors on Infinity

I'm planning an Alaskan cruise on Celebrity Infinity with my 2 year old and would love to get a balcony but am worried about the safety factor does any one know if the balcony doors have child proof locks?

Nope, I don't recall any child proof locks on the doors...

I can't say specifically about Infinity but on other ships I have sailed there was a safety lock on the top of the door that you push up to lock.

I will also say that it would be a bit hard for a two year old to open the sliding door on the ship.

Keep the small table away from the railing so the child can't climb up on it and that will GREATLY lessen the chance of the child climbing over the railing.

Take care,
Mike

on most balcony doors that we have seen there is a lock that a 2-yr old could not reach, and the doors themselves are heavy sliders that a 2yr old could not move.
