Hi all just would luv to know anything u could give advice.. How to dress, etc.... Ports
Boston, Portland, St Johns, and Halifax.....husband hard to dress lol things to do my husband has difficult time with walking ty all )

It can get a little cool up there, or not - you never know.

It does rain.

The trick is to always talk layer clothing. Take a long sleeve t-shirt, a pullover sweater and a thin waterproof windbreaker.

That way you have all the makings for a real warm jacket, or less if that is not required.

We New Englanders have a favorite saying about the weather, if you wait a minute it will change. with that being said, layers are the way to go. It could be warm enough to wear shorts & a tee-shirt or cool enough to require long pants and a jacket. Pack some midweight pants, long-sleeved t-shirt, pull over or zip front hooded sweatshirt and a light waterproof windbreaker, and pack some shorts and short sleeved t-shirts, a pair of lightweight gloves and a hat might not be a bad idea either

Make sure to pack some nice comfortable walking shoes for days in port...For evening clothes, pack things you can mix and match, saves on taking too much..
