We will be in Grand Cayman the first week in May and we are considering the Nautilus Semi-submersible. Has anyone done this? Can anyone compare it to the Seaworld Explorer Semi-sub offered on other islands?
Re: Nautilus Semi-Sub in Grand Cayman -- Worth doing?
My in laws took this and loved it and were sort of upset with us when we didn't do it. We have a claustrophobic daughter and didn't think it would be a good idea. They did say the water was a little cloudy, but still enjoyed it. I think for those people who for one reason or the other don't snorkel or can't, it is a nice way to see "under the sea." (Hum the Little Mermaid song now for effect.)

Thanks for the input, BoosterMom. When you mentioned that your daughter is claustrophobic, I'm wondering if you are confusing this semi-submersible with the Atlantis submarine? Since the semi-submersible is a regular ship, on top of the water, with just the deep hull with windows under water, it shouldn't seem too confining (I hope).
