I am booked with Major Tom to go cave tubing in June. They say to wear water shoes while tubing. Would crocs work? I figured that if I put the strap on then they are kinda like water shoes.
Crocs, Tevas, tennis shoes - they are all better than beach booties, which are too thin and you end up feeling the stones on the path. Do not wear flip flops - they will fall off in the water - secured sandals are OK. I do really give crocs a 100 percent A-OK.
Yes, my feet are sensitive and the rocks you walk on with water shoes were very uncomfortable. No one else seemed to mind so maybe it was just me! I'd recommend crocs.
