Spirit Connecting Balcony Door

Ok I have info on how to block open ( bunge cord,wood block and magnet for A/C) balcony doors but how about the out side connecting balcony door? We have connecting rooms and I heard that there is a door that is closed and can be open with a triangle tool. One review I read the steward would not open it because of possible saftey reasons. Anybody have any luck opening it or having it opened for you? Thanks

Not sure about the Spirit, but on the Victory, the connecting wall between the balconies was already opened when we boarded. It was not latched to the back wall the 1st night so when we were sleeping we could hear it swinging. I was so tired I didn't latch it until the morning. The sides of our cabins that were adjacent to people we didn't know were closed and locked. It was obvious that the cabin stewards knew we were sailing together and opened it ahead of time.

I have been on Destiny class ships three times and always opened our connecting balconies for a big party. We leave next week on the Legend, however, and have been told that the partitions on this class ship does not open. I'll let you know for sure when we get back.

Thanks but were leaving next week also. I read a knife would open it but don't have any details.
