We will be traveling on the Carnival Triumph on November 26, 2005. We have a room booked over the casino. We asked the Carnival Representative about the noise levels for rooms above the casino, but she said she did not have any information on noise levels for those rooms. Does anyone have first hand experience in cruising in a room over the casino? Thanks
I have never stayed in a room that was around any of the entertainment on the ship however, some friends of mine have. They said that you hear faint noises if its a not-so noisey place. It may sound like a weak television through a wall in your house. Thats how they mentioned it to me. Unless you are going to sleep early it shouldn't be a problem though. Good luck.
We are going on the same cruise, we are on the upper deck mid front I wonder do you feel a lot of motion on this part of the ship. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I just returned from the Valor Eastern Carribean. My cabin was above the disco. You could hear the bounding beat till 4:00AM. I called and told them to turn down the bass.
They said they were sorry about the noise and gave us $100 credit on my account and
some ear plugs. We still had a great cruise!!
