Door Decorations

Sailing over Christmas on the Holiday. Will a wreath hanger fit over the cabin door? The doors close snugly, I know, so is there room to place a wreath hanger and still be able to close the door? I cannot even do that on the front door to my house - have to hang the wreath hanger over the storm door. If not, any suggestions as to how we would hang a wreath on our cabin door?

It shoud be sturdy enough for a small wreath and it pops right off when your done.
