We haven't sailed "Triumph" for a couple of years, but every time we've sailed her we've had a GREAT time aboard. We sail for the ship, not necessarily the itinerary, and we've always found the crew, entertainment, and food excellent aboard "Triumph".
Have a wonderful cruise.
Sailed B2B on the Triumph in early March. Wife and I both said it was the best dining staff and some of the best food we've had over our 11 cruises. The pursers desk and cabin steward was great, maybe because it was our platinum cruise. The entertainment in the lounges was some of the best we've heard. Actually the band from the Phillipines (Music Highlights Band) has transferred to the Carnival Fantasy, so were booked in October to travel to Charleston to cruise again with them.
I was on the Triumph march 13, 2010. I thought everything was great! We didn't have any problems except they wouldn't let us board until about 3 pm. Talk about a crowded cruise terminal full of spring breakers! That wasn't the ships fault. All of the bad comments I had read,I didn't find to be true.Hope you have a wonderful time!
We sailed on her in January and must have had a pretty good time because we booked a Back to Back in October.
Food, service etc was all consistant with the other Carnival ships we have sailed. Jorge was our CD and was by far the funniest man we have never sailed with.
Sadly he is on the Glory now.....we will miss him.
But we have two friends who will be the CD for the 10/02 and 10/07.....so that will be a blast. We have never sailed during a handover week before...

We sailed on the Triumph a couple of years ago and had a great cruise. The ship is wonderfully cared for and the staff was fantastic. Would definitely sail on her again.
