Disappointed :(

I just read that John Heald won't be the CD on the Magic while we're cruising

. It's not a "make or break" deal, but I'm very disappointed

. We had him as a CD a long time ago and were looking forward to seeing him (and Heidi and Kye) again. Maybe the "beards" at Carnival will change their minds?

Yes very disappointed, but not totally surprised. It is kind of a waist to have him on a 16 day TA when he could be doing other things. Oh well.

He will be taking the Carnival Freedom out of dry dock.

He's actually bringing Carnival Liberty out of dry dock!

We will still have him on Inaugural Magic and BC5!!

Anyone want to join us?

Yes Liberty--the one that will be in dry dock. It really makes since for Carnival to bring publicity to the new changes on the Liberty.

Nice to hear that Liberty was going infor a face lift. I did my second trip on her last September. I noticed that she was looking used and very worn in places. That lovely ship deserves a makeover.

I was on the Liberty in September of last year and didn't notice that it needed much work! I am curious as to know what the big refit will be...

As for missing John, well simple, if you can afford it, book the Magic for March 4th, you will have John as the host of BC5...sadly, I won't be there--no money....
