I believe Orlando is the closest to this port. It will be another 45 minute or so ride to the port from the airport. You can either do the cruiseline transfers or find a shuttle that is at the airport.
You probably could also fly into Sanford. But I am not sure what typr of transpot to the port they have. There is also Melbourne. Again not sure of transport from there.

Orlando (MCO) is probably the best - it is usually cheaper and it is easier to get to port. It is a straight shot from MCO to Port Canaveral - be sure to wave at my old house as you go past the FL 524 exit.

Melbourne is a regional airport so there are fewer flights which are usually more expensive. If you can get a good deal it is a good choice if you are going to be in the area a couple of days precruise. The Melbourne airport is sort of "in town" so you are using surface streets to do most of your travel.
I've not used Melbourne as a visitor (I'm a former Brevard Country resident) but it is a nice little airport - not nearly the crowds and should be easier to get through security.
Because MCO and the port are on the same highway it is probably faster to get to the port from Orlando.
