Default Carnival making money right now.

Current financial report out this week says that Carnival is making money. Caution is being put out, same as Paul wrote, Overcapacity in Carribean is going to have serious effect later this year.

Glad to hear Carnival is making money. I bought their stock 2 months ago so that I could get the onboard credit every time I sailed.

Waiting to see fall prices in the Carribean drop. Fares seem fairly strong right now.

Sounds like a good deal. Can you provide any details? I am sure other cruisemates would be interested.

As a footnote this is Carnival Corp - they don't breakdown by cruise line. But prices on my future cruises seem high to me - certainly higher that they have been.
