Celebrity Summit connecting cabins

We reserved a cabin on Celebrity's Summit on the Skydeck and found out it has a connection (door) to the next cabin.

Does this door take space away from our cabin? Would there be noise issues?

Hi Donroberto:

You will have the same amount of space. There are two doors with the adjoining rooms, rather than one wall. Two years ago we had an adjoining room (first time), and it was by choice. Our teenage daughter and niece were next door...and I think that I can honestly provide feedback. If we didn't experience more noise from two high school seniors adjoining our cabin, I think you'll be just fine!
