Not sure how that works. We booked Celebrity Silhouette and took the $200 onboard credit back in early May. Two weeks ago they added a senior rate to our cruise that would cut the price $200. We learned if we switched to that we would lose the onboard credit-so since it was no gain we stayed with what we had.
I have seen it offered on other cruises so I am thinking maybe with senior rate you do not get it?
Now I am not complaining we got this cruise for a super deal. It just seems you lose that if you get another discount.
Equal opportunity cruiser since 1998-4 Carnival, 4 RCI, 3 HAL, 3 Princess, 4 Celebrity, 3 NCL, 1 Disney
I have now achieved-
ONE HUNDRED DAYS ON A CRUISE SHIP!!!!!!!!!!
139 days total
We booked during the 'Black Friday' sales last fall and were able to get free gratuities, OBC and the drink package for all 3 back to back cruises. This is a once in a life time "bucket list" trip for us and the incentives make it easier on our wallets.
