Any Island - Any Cruise!
Mine is a tough choice - Swimming with the Dolphins and swimming with stingrays.!!!
John? His is between the Parasailing and the stingrays. (I think the parasailing was REALLY his favorite)
:O)
Sorry to be boring, but DIVING, DIVING, DIVING, DIVING...
anywhere... anytime...day or night... love night diving (I feel like an astronaut)...
preference would be Cozumel, Caymans, or Tahiti!
1. All Cozumel scuba dives, booked on my own
2. Sea kayaking and DRF in Ocho Rios, booked through Princess
3. Walking tour of El Morro and Old Town, San Juan, on our own
I have 2, first being snorkeling with the sting rays in Grand Cayman. Recently fininally got to do the America's Cup Regatta in St. Maarten. Both are truly great excersions, glad I got to do them.
Now, just waiting to swim with the dolphins...........
Location: Wisconsin....about 100 miles south of the Frozen Tundra and 70 miles east of Camp Randall

Re: Poll: Favorite Shore Excursion
A tie between Captain Marvin's Stingray City excursion (privately booked by FlaJack!), swimming with the dolphins in Cozumel (privately booked by Angelpugs!), whale watching in Cabo and the White Pass Railroad trip in Skagway (both through Princess). I just can't name one as my all time favorite.

Caveat that I've only sailed the caribbean so far (not counting Europe, Africa, and Asia while on those BIG grey ships), but I actually like Caracas best.
You're never going to go to Caracas for a trip (unless you're in the oil profession) so the full day tour was our one chance. The trip allowed us to see the government buildings (some quite nice), historical sites (Simon Bolivar house, etc) and then up into the mountains for a shopping trip for colored glass that I think is almost as good as Murano. Nine years later, we still have more "objects" in the house from Venezuela than any other place we have been (although my wife would say the jewelryfrom St Thomas and from other trips is more memorable).
