As a small sidebar to my South Africa Chronicles (now playing on this BB), one couldn't help noticing this little runabout that docked next to the Cape Grace Hotel during the second week of our visit, and stayed until after we left for home.
She was built in 2000, is 301 feet long, carries a crew of 30, sports two onboard helicopters, a sailboat and a large motor launch. Onboard, there is a pool, a movie theater and, of course, palatial quarters. She makes 19 knots without breaking a sweat.
Among the 20 largest superyachts in the world, she's now on her second owner. Can you identify her, and name her current and previous owners?
How did you manage to get the picture of my yacht? I thought my people had all access to the pier covered!

They did. My camera has an x-ray button.
C'mon, no guesses? Additional info about the ship: it has lots of windows, and access is gained via several gangways. The crew has a sunny outloook, and there's an office onboard that is updated every year or two. There are fabulous vistas from the top deck, and the chefs excel at continental cuisine. Take my word for it, it's a great ship.
Her name is Tatoosh, currently owned by Paul Allen, who bought her from the original owner (or his estate, not sure which), Craig McCaw of McCaw Cellular, now AT&T. McCaw was found dead in his hot tub in 2006, aged 49.
