While nice A looks too casual. B is nice but. C and D to me are both much more formal but I prefer C only because the ornament on D looks a bit too big for me.

I Like B and C. I voted for C because of the back heel strap. I tend to loose my balance easily, and so I like a shoe with a strap as I dont fall as easily in them.

Truly I'd need to see the dress. Do you have a picture of it? I guess sight unseen I'll go with D.
Well I don't have a super good pictue of the dress. But this shows part of it. The base color is black with a hot pink slash. Any of those shoes should "go with it" depending on the jewelry.

I really liked shoe E and they were 70% off however, in the end I was worried Shoe E was a little to high a heel for me so I went with Shoe C. I'm older now I go with comfort over style. Actually I think Shoe C will have both.

I liked the new comer the best. A looks like a great shoe if you had to do a lot standing - maybe for a daytime look. While I liked b - hard to stay on - well for me as I never take the elevators.
I liked both c and d, but I truly like 3 - love that elongated look.
Being the shoe afficianado that I am, I voted for C because straps on the back of a shoe can rub against the skin and can become quite uncomfortable. (blisters can develop). When travelling you need a shoe that is comfortable if you plan on walking around the ship in it.
Okay I also like these. Since I ordered my pair I should stop looking, plus I already have a pair in this color (slightly different design). I think A. Marinelli should pay me for this big shoe ad. I will take payment in shoes for life. There are one of the few designer that make shoes with bling in a short heel. Not all for us can walk in 4 inch heels without fall on our butts.

Ktldady, you are not the only one that can't walk in 4 inch heels; At my age, sixty, I would much rather go for comfort rather than style! In my dreams I am wearing Jimmy Choo's, Manolo Blahniks's, and Christian Louboutin's!
Well I wouldn't be able to wear any of them. I don't do heels larger than about 1 or 1 1/2 inch. I never have been able to and never will. I prefer flat shoes. These are all great looking, on somebody elses feet, not mine.

Women have closets full of these things. The be-all-and end-all to women.
Of no particular notice to men…
So what is it that you believe men notice about you?
When men take notice of a young lady we take notice of many things. None of which exist below your hemline. We notice your appearance, the shape of your face, the length of your hair, your intoxicating scent, the warmth of your hand.
Strapless, opened-toed, black, cream, or otherwise, your shoes are never noticed for any reason, under any circumstances.
You worry about things absolutely inconsequential to us.
And while you may live in your closet, we live in the real world. You obsess about foot coverings, we look at what’s in front of us.
If you want to impress a man, do two things.
First, take your shoes and fling them into the fire. Ablaze, perhaps he will take notice of them.
Second, be who you are. For there are none so attractive as sincere women who genuinely like us.
I don’t suppose it matters that we care not what it is that separates your feet from the street. You are beautiful to us nonetheless.
My young lady doesn’t wear Bruno Magli. And my young lady couldn’t be more beautiful to me.
It’s time women came to grips with real life. It’s time women began dealing with life off the pavement. It’s time women began dealing with life from the ankles up.
And when you can deal with the fact that we love you regardless of your shoes; that cavemen loved their cavewomen even though they didn’t wear shoes; you will be much happier.
For if you believe the first thing we notice about you is your shoes, you have much to learn….
Kat - love the cream colored ones also...the detail is very nice, but would like them paired with a different dress then the black w/ the hotpink sash.
Dean - I have never, ever given a thought to what any man would think about what foot I put on my feet - believe me - shoes are for my own joy.
I dress for me - no one else. I chose them - because I love them and they work well with something I have in my closet - the right shade to bring out an accent in a dress - the right color to add that contrast, or pop. The right texture or the right heel height. Some dressed need a taller heel for the hemline, others, a lower heel looks better.
Because I have limited funds, and live in a harsh climate - I don't own what I would really love to own in shoes - so very impractical it would be...but I do have a pretty big shoe collection. Some have been mistakes, they are uncomfortable ... but if I know I have limited standing I will suffer thru - if they really complete the look that I have in my head.
I have some nice clothes, but if I don't have the right shoe I can't bring myself to wear them.
I love clothes, shoes, fashion....too much Barbie growing up I suppose. Yet I live in an environment that is well, fashionless for the most part. I have a very varied wardrobe - but some things I just don't wear when I am out about in my town, as I would stand out way to much - that would make me uncomfortable - and it draws so many comments you can't even believe. So I do buy some trendier pieces, but I save them when I am different locals. I like to feel good in my clothes, confident - but I do not like to bring attention to myself. Last year a bought a fabulous yellow cropped spring jacket - big buttons - it just exudes joy- gosh I wore it to lunch on a damp dismal spring day - and I felt like a tourist and had people stopping me right and left. I can't take that kind of pressure.
Dean - maybe I am truly niave - but your whole thought that women wear shows for men is just foreign to me. And to be honest, I seldom notice what other people even have on their feet. I just know what I like and go with that.
Ladies....how many of you when trying on a pair of shoes think..."gosh men are gonna notice me in these?" Let me know gilrs if I am alone in my thoughts on why I wear my shoes.
