My wife tends to use the phrase "riding the bulbous bow" to mean something else.

bulbous (adj)..I had to look that up..derivative of bulb (n) any rounded object resembling a bulb...bow (n) a knot having 2 loops and 2 ends
..so Paul, when you wife refers to you with that phrase, what is she really sying about you
If she is the Captains wife she must have a heck of alot of confidence that he can stop the ship on a dime if she falls of
