I can't say. There is a lot more that can go wrong with this than parasailing. Pay the extra $20 and get the good rope.
However, it doesn't look like you really get high enough for the impact to kill you if you lose water pressure. Just break a few bones or knock you unconscious.
I'd have to watch more than a promotional video before I could commit.
