Good morning from a hot, Texas, where it is a warm 86 degrees at 4:00 in the morning.

I am up early this morning, because my son woke me up eating!!! He works nights, so at 3:00 I guess is his night time? At first I was not happy, but soon realized that I am happy to have a son, so all is well. Now what does one do in the middle of the night? Going back to sleep is not the answer, so we shall see.

Very busy day today. I have tons of errands, and three hour workout. I should be falling asleep early tonight.

Talked to the NFL mom last night, that I told you about yesterday. As soon as a deal was struck yesterday, he received calls from 6 different teams, so now he must decide which one has the best deal. The Falcons are on that list, so hopefully he will decide to play for them this year.

heavy rain and then incredible humidity has been a pattern for the last few days in New Orleans and more is expected today..nothing special on tap for today and everyone is excited because the Saints open camp on Thursday..the big question is whether Reggie Bush will stay with the team or sign a free agent deal with the Miami Dolphins...he can make more $$$$ with the Dolphins but can extend his career by staying witht the Saints

Morning Luanne, sorry you were up so early. I on the other hand, lazily slept in till 10 am this morning!:o

Actually managed to sit outside in the sun yesterday, just the right temperature, not too hot, not too cold and not raining! Today is looking rather dull, cloudy and will probably rain, so I'm glad I got out when I did!

Nothing more exciting on the agenda today other than taking the dog for a nail trim. Have to try and book her a bath and grooming as well.

What a diffeence a few days make..Much cooler, overcast now, but "THEY" promised me my birthday will be sunny My Mom told me I was born on the hottest day evah. guess that's whay I am such a hot tamale Ya right!!

Today, I babysit Lucy, after their camping vacation..here is a picture of my pretty angel I am sure I will hear all bout the good stuff that went on Make it a good one..I will..xo

Off to buy a new dryer and some underwear?? It's the craziest thing, my son asks me last night “where are all my underwear”? What? Yes all but two pairs of underwear are missing!
So I’m putting out a warning CM’s keep a close eye on you bloomers because there’s a underwear thief somewhere on the loose.

Good morning everyone!

What an adorable child, Trip! We have a red head in the family as well, my adored niece DeAnna.

The electrician is dropping by today to install a new double pull 60 master breaker in the sun room that is going South. He's also going to do a load test.

Other than that, it's of course, back to housework since it's going to be in the nineties with high humidity again today. I don't know how you can survive down there in Texas, Luanne. You've had something like between 24 to 40 straight days of 100+ F temps. I'd have to take out a second mortgage just to pay the electric bill and I've even jacked the thermostat up to 74 hoping to get at least through the summer with my old heat pump. My electrician said I'm really going to have to start thinking about a new one but I should have no problem this summer. It's 16 years old.

Prayers for those needing them and a request for Blessings continue unending.

No, in fact I had just done all the laundry on Friday. However my son now does his own laundry and who know what happened to them. Maybe this is his way of saying he's not happy that I'm having him do his own wash. :o

Trip - Love the red-headed girl! I have three great-nieces with this type of fire-red hair. The fourth great-niece SHOULD have the red hair, too!

Hot, humid (to get worse) and ugh here in NW Ohio. Been really busy here, there and everywhere. Two trips to local town and 2+ hour drive to Dayton in last two days. I am tired and behind at home! So I better get busy and catch up!

The 3 of us...me, my daughter Nikki, and, her daughter Lucy, are all gingers. Only Lucy comes by it honestly Due to her Mom, and myself, she knows she has gorgeous curls. Letting us tend to it, is a nightmare
