Hi Leah

No to crew pool, yes to crew gym. Though as a shoppie, you might have access to the pax gym when it is slow. (nicer view )

If you go to voyager-class.com, there are a few photos of crew areas

The Explorer (or EX as you'll soon be calling it) was my first RCCL ship - you'll love it!

Hi sz !

Thanks for the info !!!!

I am really excited I just want to make sure I know some stuff before I head out.

Do you think/recommend that I take my laptop?

Is there any other tips you can help me out with ?

Are you still cruising?

Leah

You GOTTA bring the laptop. Great timekiller (and don't forget to bring backup operating system/recovery disks and back up your hard drive - ships are notorious for 'dirty' power and sometimes fry electronics - just don't keep your computer plugged in all the time). It's also good to compose all your emails when you're not online and 'on the clock'. There's a few ports on your run where you can take your laptop off and connect. And if you have a digital camera, DVD's, MP3's - the computer becomes your 'entertainment center"

Lot's of tips on this forum if you dig back - but in addition - make sure to show up to everything on time, or a bit early. And show up to all your training classes the first 2 weeks. And to immigration for your I-95! (google that if you need to)

and it looks like you have a purser friend already!
