Default Advice - JAP Princess Cruises

I would like some feedback from people that have and are working in the Purser's department with Princess Cruises. I have been offered a position as Junior Assistant Purser, however I am not sure now if I should accept the job offer.

I have 8 years experience in 5 star hotels with my last position being Guest Service Manager with 30 + staff under me.

I would like peoples views as to whether they believe this would be a good career move.

Thank you.

It's a stepping stone to get into a cruise line. On board the sapphire as a JAP now. Job is nothing like on land. Very different.
