Default HIV question

I am currently in the hire process for either Carnival or NCL to become a sales associate. I want to know how Is the process for people with HIV.

Im not what the cruise line processes are but I would check the online requirements of each country I know russia is negative for allowing hiv +people to get visiter visa. not issue or questions from austrilia mexico, grand tuck or us virgin islandor canada. no clue of places like haiti or other central american or south american countries. you might want to contact the HRC and see if they have pubished list for restirctions for countries. heck Im not sure but the US had restirction for years for HIV + folks

Default Question about HIV

I never disclosed the HIV status ti the Cruise line and i Will be embarking Next week. I Will bring my medicines but i am concerned if they ask why do i take the medicines for.

But your medical shows your HIV status and only with that will you get a contract/be able to join the ship. The medical team onboard needs to be aware of your HIV status. But this would be confidential information and when I was sailing, besides the Crew Purser (me) and the medical Team, nobody knew about it. (Crew Purser, because he/she collects the sign on papers which are the medical as well - and hands it to the doctor). There was no issue ever with country restrictions of entering, because it is not public knowledge.
