Default Uniforms and tattoos

Hello, I'm about to go on board as ship doctor with Royal Caribbean. I have tattoos in my forearms and I know i must cover them when on uniforms. I also know the uniforms for the medical staff are short sleeve white shirts with ranks. How can I cover them? I am allowed to use long sleeve under the uniform? Do they have long sleeve uniforms for this situations? If anyone have experience with this let me know please. Thank you
