Is there a Chef's Table offered on the Carnival Valor ??

Yes there is. The cost is $75 and seating is limited to 12 people. I don't know if they offer it more than one evening or not.

According to Carnival's website reservations are made through Guest Services. I'm not sure if John Heald's blog has a link for reservations or not. You might also try asking on his FB page.

Carnival's site also says Chef's Table is available on all ship now.

They seem to be offering it on all ships now, but don't give definite information much. It must depend on the demand on a certain sailing.

I would visit the concierge on the first day as they can fill up quick. I don't think it's possible to book in advance.
