over the door organizers

Could someone please help me out? I have been hearing some of you bring an over the door organizer instead of putting all of your cosmetics on the counter. And some of you mention leaving it behind on the ship when you return home. Can anyone recommend where I might find something so inexpensive that it is ok to leave behind? Thanks so much!

If you have any dollar stores nearby? That's where I usually purchase inexpensive items for our cruises. If I can't fit them into our luggage for our return trip, no biggie! :-)

unless you pack disposable sizes of your cosmetics and toiletries you are going to have to bring them home, i have a great hanging travel organizer cube that i got from L L Bean, not very expensive, but can i cram it full of stuff

I got one at WalMart for about $7, then saw one later at the dollar store. I was surprised at how quickly I filled it up! I hadn't thought about leaving it behind. I guess the dollar store version would be ideal for that.

bought this one at lowe's for about $7. saved so much clutter and space along the vanity....best idea i've gotten from this board

LETS ALL GIVE THANKS TO CALGON.. A old time poster and cruiser for the shoe bag hint. Ive been using it for nigh on TWENTY YEARS..lol. The best ones are mesh or the lightest in weight (vinyl is too bulky).. and I've been able to get them and recommend Walmart...the bigger the better. The one shown is perfect..the bigger the better..As a matter of fact Parrot Pop now has his own for his shoes, sandals, toiletries, etc. The shoe bag organizer has been my number one hint all these years of cruising.. I laugh when I see and hear people talking about them or even peek in a cabin and see one up...THANK YOU CALGON!!
