Default Oosterdam front rooms?

On the deck plans for the Oosterdam (and I presume Zuiderdam) there appears to be a balcony area on the front of the ship before the first rooms - VA 6003 and VA 6004 on the upper verandah and SS 5001 and SS 5002 on the verandah deck. These rooms appear to have a window on the wall facing the front of the ship. Does anyone know if that is a public area or if it is just unuseable space? I was considering booking one of these rooms and just curious if people would be right outside the window.

Also I would assume you would feel more pitch of the ship on rooms at either end of the ship than the middle and that there may be more vibration at the rear of the ship than the front. S6167 and S6156 on the rear of the ship are also available. Any comments on if that was a problem for anyone or not and how those balconies are?

Thanks,
Dave

Rooms 6003 and 6004 on both ships are handicap-accessible rooms. The have grab-bars in the bathroom, a roll-in shower, a lower bed [and different mattress] than other rooms. Also they have an accessible balcony.
The do not have windows looking forward. They have standard-size balconies on the side of the ship.

The deck you see -- that appears to be a balcony -- is open to anyone. It's just a small deck area with a couple of benches.

There are ocean view rooms that have windows on this small deck -- they are across the hall from 6003 and 6004.
