Mike, glad you and Carole got out and about. Did you have fun?
I didn't do anything exciting. Unless you count grocery shopping while it rained so hard you couldn't see the road in front of you. Of course within an hour after I got home, it quit raining and the sun came peeking through.

I slept in both Saturday and Sunday. Very unusual for me, I am usually up and going by 5AM. I am very much a morning person !
Nothing big this past weekend around our house. Saturday was house cleaning and shopping. Sunday was pressure washing the patio and watching LMN after I laid claim to the remote control! I even took it with me where ever I went. Max tried to change it to Nascar, but I nipped that in the bud! He has his own TV and remote in his room anyway.
Next weekend I will be packing for our Cancun trip. It will be my last chance since we leave on the 7th. It's my company trip so it won't be as much fun as you guys, I have to be somewhat restrained. But not to worry, one of the other agents and I are going to have a Jell-O Shot match up. I'm not sure it is fair though, she is of Mexican heritage and I was raised with the Amish

Linda, yes we did make it out and dinner, and it was great. Nice to go out for a change. We did go to the watering hole, and some young gals had the video poker machine all night so Carole and her sister were not to happy. The beer was fine as always. Take care, Mike

I get Fiesta Friday off April 15 so may go doen to beach in Port Aransas (3 hrs)
niece and fiance bought housr on 3 acres about 15-20 min ride to beach so may stay there one night
hey Liz we leave for Cancun on May 7th, too!!!!! We are going w another couple w have a time share at Royal Islander , all I know is its near address 17.5 mi marker or whatever its called there on the strip. We have been to Moon Palace w Jerrys coworkers years ago and another paid trip to Rui las Americanas. Hopefully we are going to Playa del Carmen, then down to Akumal to snorkel.
And a trip over to Isla Mujeres to rent golf cart. Jerry and I may find a way down to marker 20 where Wyndam is and heard the reef starts there and may snorkle on our own. Jerrys b day is May 11 so are going to some expensive place called Harrys. Rest of time hanging at pool bar, need a break after all the cruise activities, oh wait, I said bar, no tiem for rest--party party party

We leave April 7th and are staying about 20 minutes south of Cancun. Looks like its kinda far to get to PDC or Akumal. We have 2.5 days to squeeze in 6 excursions Liz earned. Looks like a spa day for us one of the days. We do want to get over to Isla Mujeres, too. Hope we do.

But at least the sun is finally out here! It was almost 80 today and will be warmer tomorrow. Of COURSE it will rain and be in the 60's over the weekend.
Scurvy, I guess you can't call it a Scurvy Pad......Ray's right, it sounds like something you'd try to clean the sink with. And Liz is right, it doesn't sound like it would clean very well.....being "Scurvy" and all.
Is it November yet? Oh wait, that's not right. No way I'm wishing away the summer months. I'll ask that again in October, ok?

got one last night from a long time cruise friend --her dad passed away suddenly--while at his friends furneral--and to top it off her brother was at the furneral too--and ended up back in the hospital------when she called I expected her to tell me that it was her brother that had passed------Big time reality check------
