This one is a 10-day. Even though it is more expensive than the 7 day (well, than the good bargains that is) I don't have to fly anywhere. I have been on three cruises, all in the Caribbean, two out of New Orleans for seven days and one out of Ft. Lauderdale for 10 days. I have traveled quite a bit (and not in style, think hostels, backpacks) but I have always wanted to do an extended tour, especially including remote locations that are not easily accessible any other way.
Even if this might not be the cruise for you, keep me in mind because I do love a bargain and my boss is making me use vacation...and I have 6 years until retirement (yay!)
Hi Moonlight Reader,
I have only gone on 4 cruises in the last 19 years. The last one was Hawaii, 7 days with NCL, about 5 years ago. I want to start with maybe a 7 day, perhaps Alaska, as prices are so low now that it is hard to rule them out. I will work my way up to a 30 day. My bucket list is around the world, way down the road.
A little about me. I am w/f, 62, retired, owned my own business for 22 years. I am neat and tidy, friendly, independent, very respectful of others time and wishes. I do not smoke, drink very little, love a bargain, like to ride my bike around the neighborhood.
hope to hear from you soon.
Mary Anne
