Free Internet with Penthouse Suite ?

Hi folks,

at first sorry my englisch, but I come from germany. I will do my very best.

Next sunday we will start our trip with the Ruby Princess. We booked a Penthouse Suite (PH). Somewear in the internet i read that Princess Cruises offer a free internet access for the owner of the PH.

Is this correct ? How does it work and how is the speed.

We had unlimited internet when we sailed in a Vista Suite in April. However, I think this has been discontinued.

It has been discontinued, but i think if you complain to the pursers desk that you booked your suite before the change they'll grandfather you in.

The speed is also poor at best. Don't expect it to be anything like a connection at home. It's OK for email but very slow with viewing web sites.
