I pretty much do my own thing in port so I can't help you out with that question however I'm sure someone else will. You need to state if you are doing East or West on the Freedom.
As for clothing, 2 formal nites. the other nites are smart casual (no shorts, no jeans, no tank tops)
Here is the formal nite breakdown...
men - suit or tux
women - evening dress, gown or even a nice plain black dress with nice jewelry
other then your 2 formals and 5 smarts it is pretty much shorts, sundresses, swimsuits and flipflops.
