fitness classes and spa costs

Is there anywhere that posts a menu of sorts of what some of the fintess class and spa treatments cost on board?

I don't have a menu of spa costs or classes; someone will have the list. Every spa that I have visited on a ship charges a minimum of $75-100 for spa; the price goes up for the more in depth treatments you get.

my wife was also wondering about the fitness classes, like the cost of a "spin class" (I'm not even sure what that is.)

We just came off of RC's Jewel and the spin classes were $10 I believe. Usually speciality classes are about $10-$12.
