My husband and I are not soda drinkers. Which beverages are free on the decks? How about the beverages in the dining room? Will there be a charge for milk or juice in the dining room or buffets?
We haven't cruised for quite some time and are planning to go on a cruise next year.
You can get comp. milk, juice, tea, coffee in any of the dinning rooms and Windjammer for meals. For lunch they offer lemonaide and iced tea, which are really good. You can usually get the lemonaide and iced tea pretty much all afternoon, so if you are at the pool and want something to drink, it will be there, along with some snacks, cookies, etc...
Tea coffee, oj, fruit juices, and ice tea, will be free in the buffet. Specialty teas coffee and hot choclolate are not. The orange juice tap is closed off after breakfast hours.

Often a cause of confusion the words COMPLEMENTARY & COMPLIMENTARY, I saw somewhere that dinner is served with complementary wines that unfortunately were not complimentary....if you see what I mean.

Please note that I did, in fact, use "complimentary" which means free, as in:
Compliment
This has two meanings: one is that someone is expressing nice things about you, saying that you or something about you looks nice (a compliment/to compliment someone); the other (when used as ‘complimentary’) means that something is free of charge or done as an act of courtesy
