According to RCI's website the answer is no. They used to allow you to bring wine & water but no more. I didn't realize that an when we took a cruise about a year and a half ago they called us down to the "naughty room" as we had 2 bottles of wine. Wine that they do not sell on the ship and that we had shipped from California. Anyway, they kept it and returned it the last night of the cruise. When we cruised on the Freedom of the Seas last month we did not take any wine. We did, however, take cans of caffeine free diet pepsi in our checked luggage. They did not take it from us.
Bottled water and sodas seem to be maiking it thru w/out trouble as of late......Wine and liquor gets confiscated and returned to passenger last day of the cruise, according to clients reporting back to us based on their recent experience.
