Room Service

What is the correct procedure when you are done with room service meal? Do you leave dishes in your room or put them in the hallway? I don't know which one is correct.

Nuremberg airport to hotel

What is the best way to get from the Nuremberg airport to the hotel? I see a shuttle service but not sure about using them. The price for a 20 min trip is 60 pounds. Do they have a taxi service?

Currently it is Nuremberg, Bamberg, Wurzburg and Rothenburg, Wertheim, Heidelburg and Frankfurt. Plan is to fly in a few days early to Munich then take train to Nuremberg

Turkish Airlines is fairly new to Houston, and the prices are about 1/2 of the other airlines. Only thing is we have a 1 day layover in Istanbul, so I thinking of adding a couple of days there
