I think given the choice, most would choose nice in shape bodies for themselves and their significant others. People accept or settle for fat but I don't think it is their first choice.

That is good Jim. I give blood every time the Blood Mobile comes to the dealership (quarterly). One of my sons needed some when he was born after so many blood oxygen tests and I gave some then too....

Good point Joe. Sedentary lifestyles and poor eating habits are the big culprit. Supersize me! My step mother went from 5'2" and 110 to 5'0" and 225. She lays around alot eating and complaining of...

I prefer to eat sensibly and exercise regularly to maintain my boyish figure and offset all the bad things I do such as excessive drinking and smoking. I could be fat if I want but I have a choice....
