Onboard Specialty Restaurants

When we last sailed on Celebrity, we were greeted by specialty restaurant employees as we boarded who were offering us a discount if we made a same day reservation for either the Tuscan Grille, or Murano. Additionally, the same discount was again offered to us later in the cruise if we made a last sea-day reservation in one of the same specialty restaurants.


As we are again sailing Celebrity soon, I am interested in knowing if anyone has had a similar experience recently that would indicate the offer is still being made.

Celebrity offers specialty dining packages both on the ship and on their website.

We did one of these on our Eclipse getting a 3 restaurant package. You can get the packages with or without wine.

Thank you 'Admiral' for your post. What I neglected to stress in connection with my question was a stand-alone discount price is still offered by the staff for a single meal only (in either the Tuscan Grille, or Murano) to help drum up business for the first and last nights. Traditionally, these 2 nights are often undersubscribed and so the promotion is offered in order to fill the chairs on a particular night.

They use to, but haven't seen it lately. Perhaps someone else who's sailed recently can chime in with their experiences.

They are still giving discounts on the Specialties especially the first night.
