We are doing the R/T LA to Hawaii in mid March. Can anyone clue me in on the weather for those 4 sea days each way?

We sailed to Hawaii 2 years ago in March. The first and last seadays were very chilly, the other days were much better.
We stayed at the pool, but sometimes had to find a place out of the wind. |

Thanks for the info on that. It's almost as hard to pack for this trip as it was for Alaska!

We have done this also twice. Ok once and are doing again in 2 weeks.
We just LOVE te sea days and to us? Hawaii is a bonus. ![]() As stated above, the 1st two days can be a bit rough. We go in Oct. and again. The 1st 2 days can be a bit chilly but I was still in shorts. After that. Suning on the balcony. |

Thanks everyone for your input. I think I now have a better idea as to how to pack for this trip. My husband agrees with you in that Hawaii is just a bonus.
Again, thanks! |
