Silversea presents 11 culinary cruises featuring world-renowned chefs preparing regionally inspired dishes on special itineraries.

Luxury cruise line Silversea loves the chefs of world-renowned culinary artists Relais & Châteaux, established in France in 1954. An exclusive collection of 480 hotels and restaurants in 56 countries, Relais & Châteaux only extends its name to the best and most creative properties in the world. The organization boasts "a personal commitment to ensuring their guests are privy to moments of exceptional harmony."

In keeping with spreading culinary happiness, Silversea is presenting a "movable feast" of cruises where the itinerary and its ports of call are paired with the meals prepared onboard. These 11 Culinary Arts theme cruises are scheduled to showcase award-winning chefs from top dining establishments around the world.

Included are Rick Tramonto, partner and executive chef of Chicago's Tru. Eyvind Hellstrøm is the owner and chef of Bagatelle in Oslo. Anne Desjardins is the chef and co-owner of L'Eau à La Bouche in Ste-Adèle, Québec. Tru is a Mobil Four Star and AAA Five Diamond restaurant. Bagatelle is a Michelin Two Star establishment and of L'Eau à La Bouche is a CAA Four Diamond winner.

These Culinary Arts voyages feature escorted trips to international markets when the itinerary permits. The idea is to buy provisions with food and wine pairings in mind. The chef will then prepare creative regional dishes and at least one five-course grand gourmet dinner. Throughout these special voyages, the featured guest chef and Silversea's executive chef are on hand to share their culinary expertise and answer any questions.
