I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience in the Pinnacle.Back in 05, when we cruised with Al & Pat, we had wonderful service and the food was so much better than the dr, we tried to get another reservation all week, and couldn't;(
Oh and isn't that room gorgeous......those silver chairs are the ones I want you to ship home for me..thanks, ever so much!
