This is excellent advice. Criminal foreigners will take advantage of Americans who tend to trust everyone. They know they are virtually untouchable once they get away.

You should be cautious if you feel someone if pressuring you when it comes to money.

Warning signs - if the person is looking around while doing the transaction (he is looking for a way to escape).

If he challenges the amount you just paid him, saying it is not enough.

If he acts as if there is a need to rush the transaction - he is trying to distract you from what you are doing - so you can't recheck his math or count out your money.

Especially if he GRABS your money - grab it right back if you can. That is a sure sign he is up to something wrong.
