deck plan conquest

On the deck plan for conquest, deck 6 upper what is the thing labeled Studio?
I want to pick my room but I need to know what this is and do I want to be by it?

I'm looking at the deck plans for that ship but don't see anything on that deck labeled as a "Studio". In fact, I don't see anything but cabins on that deck. What cabin is this supposed to be near?

Jim, the deck she is talking about is the Verandah deck and, as on seven other decks, the studio is the "studio atrium" that includes the atrium and elevators.

when I go to carnival.com and go to funships, then deck plans for conquest. I go to upper deck and around room 6278 is what I am talking about. It is also shown on other decks also. I assumed it was the atrium. My question is.. Is there noise from there up to the room if you chose room 6278? I really didn't think it would be a nosiey room just wanted to confirm it with the Powers that Be as I won't be able to change rooms. We are planning on June 2005 and the ship will likely be full for this time of year.
What do ya'll think, take that room.

Anita.. what you are seeing is simply the open portion of the atrium.

Shouldnt present any noise problems... other than you're fairly close to the elevators. We've stayed in similar locations on other Carnival ships, and have had not a noise problem from the elevators.
