Holy Cow! I got in, first try on "favourites" this morning! Maybe CM is fixed at last?
It is another dull, warm spring-like day here in northeastern Nova Scotia. Sure doesn't feel like December...
Today I am off to aquafitness, followed by a pot luck lunch with the "pool ladies", followed by work this afternoon, and then Trivia Night tonight (moved from Wednesday this week).
Busy day ahead, better get moving!
Have a good one all!
Good morning Donna and all of our cruisemates to follow. Houston has heavy fog to start with. Today is slated to be a slow day for me which is fine with me. I have been looking for a cruise in the near future but gosh, the prices have doubled in the past week! Eh, my time will come.
Have a great day!

I got finally got in. I gave up yesterday and the day before.
It is a warm morning here. We finally had to turn the air back on, because it was so warm and humid.
We decided to change things up a little bit this year. Christmas has been the hardest holiday for us, so we got rid of our tree, and bought a smaller one. We also got rid of the tree topper, when we found out that since Joe went away, it bothered Josh. (It is a beautiful angel)
Today I have tons of running around to do, and then it's back home for things I have to do around here.
I am so sorry I have been gone. I love Cruisemates. All of you are part of my family. Even if I am not here, I continue to think of all of you, and continue to pray.
I also got on from my bookmarks so I guess the powers to be have expelled all the gremlins. Today Ottawa could see a record high temperature for December 4th. It's already 40F and we could get to 60F. Nice to see the sun shine. Have a great day Cruisemates!
We will be leaving for the airport hotel in a few hours and in another 22 hours we are off to Singapore. Betty is now doing some vacuuming and I'm supposed to dust when I get off the computer. I guess I'll make her happy and whip out the Swiffer and do a quick and dirty dusting. I don't know why. It will be back when we get home.
I strongly suggest that you do not use your "Favorites" or "Bookmarks" to access the boards until things stabilize. The best way is to go come in via CruiseMates Cruise Community and Forums - Powered by vBulletin . Yes: You should not have to do this but the IT guys are trying to fix the problems and juggle servers so the saved bookmarks/favorites may not be correct. I sure hope they soon have it fixed.
I hope all the issues are corrected by the time I get back. I'll post some updates but make no promises and I won't be doing a virtual cruise type of thread but I will check in.
Everyone be good to each other and as I always say:
Take care,
Mike

Good Afternoon to all. I too had no problem accessing this forum via the traditional way! Let's hope the problems have been permanently solved or will be shortly.
It's also quite warm today with the high expected to be around 70. However increasing clouds harbor the coming change via a front followed by back to more winter type temps (lows in lower thirties even down to high twenties and highs in the low forties). Our rainfall is two inches down for the year so accompanying showers will do us good.
All my Christmas giving this year will be via check or gift card which, while to some impersonal, nevertheless provides the ability for the recipient to get what he/she truly wants and also which, in most cases, I haven't a clue. Since they expire at the end of the year, I did cash in my accrued credit card points for two $100 gift cards (one to Red Lobster the other to The Outback) which are my Christmas presents to myself for when I go out to dinner with someone. I will have to wait up to four weeks for them so I'm hoping they arrive before the Holidays. Time will tell.
Hope everyone is well and happy and my sincere prayers for all on the list continue as always.
