Default My packing list

We're starting to get ready for our next cruise, so I pulled up a packing list that I did years ago. This does NOT address what clothing to bring, except in general terms. That is because I never forget to take clothes, but sometimes will forget something else.
I organized this by what goes where and also by how I pack. Some things are only relevant when we first fly to cruise terminal, others if we drive, etc. But, I've found that unpacking once we get on board is easiest if I put related items in clear travel packs that can just be put where they are most accessible. I also separate items that we hope not to need, such as cold remedies and dental repair kit. Have had to use everything here at least once in 35 cruises, and the ships charge too much and carry too small an assortment for me.

Bathroom:
Shampoo (I have to use a medicated one)
Shaving cream, razor, aftershave
Deodorant
Toothbrush + Paste
Mouth wash
Floss
Qtips
Eye drops
Vitamins/herbals
Tylenol/motrin
Ginger

Cabin:
Grooming
Nail polish + remover
Toenail clippers/nail file
Hair spray
Comb/brush
Makeup/perfume/moisturizer

Fix it bag
Dental repair kit
Eyeglass kit
First aid kit
Sewing kit

Eyeglass cleaner + cloth
Spare glasses/sunglasses

Cold remedy kit

Pool/beach items:
Swimsuits/coverup
Sun block
Solarcaine
Water shoes
Water purse
Long sleeve shirt for sunburn
Underwater camera

Miscellaneous
Kleenex
Hand lotion
Rain gear
Laundry bag/wet bag
Baggies
Chewing gum
Protein bars for ports

Clothing
Gown + robe
Underwear/socks
Loose pants and shoes
Dress shoes/purse/hose
T-shirts/shorts/capri's for day
Nice casual for evening
Walking shoes
Nice sandals or flats

Gizmo's
Flashlight/nightlite
Plastic cable ties for debarkation
Travel clock
Batteries/chargers for phone, camera, clock
Extension cord
Hair dryer
White noise machine
Collapsible bag
Notepaper/pen/tape

Carry on’s
Bonine/meclizine
Cell phone
Family radios
Tums
Jewelry
Med’s
Book
Hat
Umbrella
Cameras/film
Documents:
Phone #’s + addresses

Car insurance
Medical insurance
Travel insurance
Cash, including singles for tips

Carolin,
I told you I always forget something!! Yes, bug spray is always in my port bag, which I probably should have repeated here.
But, by all means, copy my list if you like...and do add anything I forgot or didn't hink of.
Yes, baggies are ziplocks. I use various sizes for: taking bread (when allowed) to feed the fishies, adding extra waterproofing when using my dive purse, separating wet/damp items when packing to go home, and probably 16 other things that I am forgetting!

Thanks for sharing! I don't have one and this is a great place to start.

Okay, let's leave the task of merging your list with my list as an exercise for the reader.... ;-)

I did remember one more thing.

Feminine products for ladies just in case.

Norm - I just might have to attempt that. HAHAHA
