Passion Island Escape or Playa Mia Beach Break?

While in Cozumel, just wondering - which provides the better beach experience (activities, etc)

Any recommendations/suggestions?

Playa Mia is extremely "touristy" and they beach is not nearly as nice as it is at Passion Island. I'd recommend Passion Island. It also has an all inclusive price..Whereas drinks and food at Playa Mia are pricey.

Passion Island is quite nice. I have been there three times.

Does an all inclusive price include:

Drinks (which type)
Beach equipment rentals

Also, is it better to book through the cruise line or another online source?

I booked it through my hotel when I was staying in Cozumel. Looks like you can book it direct with isla passion for $65 pp for adults online or go the safer way and pay a lot more; book with cruiseline.

I know that this may seem like a really silly question, but is there anything which the all inclusive price does not include (i.e., kayak rental, specialty drinks?)

I honestly do not remember whether it included kayaks. I seem to remember that we had 3-4 drinks to choose from - all u can drink (alcoholic beverage wise).
